Delete your CalCalGo account
You can permanently delete your CalCalGo account in the CalCalGo app by going to Settings → Delete Account and following the confirmation steps.
If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by emailing:
Please send the request from the email address associated with your CalCalGo account where possible and use a subject such as:
Delete my CalCalGo account
We may ask you to complete reasonable verification steps to confirm that you are authorised to request deletion of the account.
Once deletion is completed, account-associated information is removed from CalCalGo's active account systems, including where applicable:
- profile and planning information;
- food, nutrition and hydration records;
- weight and progress information;
- manually entered activity information;
- favourites;
- legal-acceptance records; and
- stored AI results or other account information associated with the deleted account.
Limited information may remain only where retention is required or reasonably permitted for a specific legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute or regulatory purpose, or temporarily in protected backups until normal expiry.
You do not need to reinstall CalCalGo to submit a deletion request.
Uninstalling CalCalGo does not itself delete your account.
If you have an active subscription through Google Play, deleting your CalCalGo account does not automatically cancel that subscription. Cancel the subscription separately through Google Play if you want to stop future renewals.
